Since the modules are built entirely in a controlled climate facility, the time it takes to build is cut down drastically. The workflow and efficiency is better, contributing to an overall more energy efficient home due to tighter tolerances and standards. Not being built outside in possibly inclement weather, there are no delays related to the environment. Typical build time is 4-6 months, depending on the size of the home and buyer options/changes.
