About Carlson Homes
Being one of the largest providers of systems-built homes (true modular homes, or homes stick built indoors), Carlson Homes has furnished hundreds of homes for new homeowners in Northern Indiana and the surrounding area. In fact, we are now building homes for third generation families. That's exciting to us! A progressive company, we are pleased to offer one of the largest model home centers in the Midwest.
Carlson Homes was established by Rob Carlson, who is now in his 20th year in the systems-built home industry. Our number one focus is customer service. Carlson Homes has been built on positive word-of-mouth referrals, for which we are thankful to our customers. We have earned many awards including Builder of the Year multiple times, but the awards that mean the most to us are the numerous Outstanding Customer Satisfaction awards. "It means we're doing something right," Rob says. "We have a good team." He quickly adds that there is always room for improvement, so he and his team are constantly learning and growing. If suppliers or associates get too comfortable with the status quo, we'll press on without them. Our philosophy is to grow and improve in this progressive industry, offering the best to our customers.
